BA (Hons), Dip ION MBANT
A period of poor health during Kim's mid-twenties made her aware of how important nutrition
is for providing good health. This led to a career change from an account director in a PR agency
to a Nutritional Therapist. Kim studied for three years at Patrick Holford's Institute for Optimum
Nutrition in London and qualified with a Distinction.
Kim, a real 'foodie', is passionate about nutrition and strongly believes that good nutrition
is not just the latest diet fad - it is a fundamental requirement for long-term health. She takes
a holistic approach to each client's health, looking at the person as a whole and focusing on
addressing the underlying causes of problems rather than simply treating the symptoms.
As a Foresight practitioner Kim specialises in pre-conception care. She also sees many clients
with digestive disorders, weight problems, food intolerances, hormone imbalances, skin problems,
cardiovascular problems and stress related illnesses.
Kim regularly attends lectures to ensure her knowledge is kept up-to-date and to meet Continuing
Professional Development requirements. As a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy
(BANT), Kim is bound by the strict BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
