Hayley Pedrick

Hayley is a highly-sought-after nutrition coach and natural medicine practitioner. Since qualifying from the prestigious College of Natural Medicine (London) in 2009, Hayley has worked as Head Clinician at various London clinics as well as abroad, on the island of Malta. Her diverse cultural experience has taught her to appreciate the power of "food as medicine" and the ability of traditional diets to enhance healing and restoration of body processes.
Hayley adopts a functional medicine approach when conducting her health assessments. This science-based methodology aims to identify and treat the underlying causes as to why people get sick. She may recommend laboratory testing to assist in determining the most effective treatment protocol. Where applicable she also uses Bio Impedance Analysis to monitor the body's response to dietary changes and enhance programme outcomes.

Hayley was the 2010 winner of the Marie Claire Inspire and Mentor competition and spent a year mentoring under world-renowned fertility expert, Zita West. Hayley’s expert opinion is also frequently sought-after by a number of publications including Women’s Health, Top Sant�, and Pregnancy & Birth magazines and newspapers such as the Telegraph and Metro.
During her spare time Hayley enjoys preparing therapeutic foods, writing, practicing yoga and taking her family on "wild food walks" to teach her children about seasonal foods growing in their local area.
