The Nutrition Coach

Kim Porter

BA (Hons), Dip ION MBANT

Kim’s aim is to educate, inspire and empower you so you understand how what you eat, as well as when you eat, could be causing unwanted symptoms such as fatigue, bloating, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), PMS and weight gain.

With a focus on addressing the underlying causes of your problems rather than simply treating the symptoms, Kim provides easy to follow, personalised nutrition plans aimed at improving health for the long-term.

Kim’s nutrition programmes are designed to be as practical as possible and she will take into account your individual needs and lifestyle challenges such as long working hours or juggling work and family life. This makes the changes more realistic and achievable. Kim is 100% committed to your health and will provide ongoing guidance and support to keep you motivated to stick to your nutrition programme.

Kim loves good food and believes that healthy food should never be boring. She aims to pass on her love of cooking and creating healthy and tasty dishes to clients. Even if some foods have to be avoided, she will provide plenty of suggestions for lots of other foods that you can still enjoy.
