"Throughout my twenties I have felt continually unhappy with my weight but seemed unable to lose any lbs by dieting and believe me when I tell you that I tried them all! I stumbled upon The Nutrition Coach website when I was at my lowest and fed-up that for some reason I clearly couldn't quite manage my weight on my own - so I arranged to meet with Kate just four weeks ago..." Based in the heart of the West End of London, The Nutrition Coach offers a convenient venue for consultations regarding health and nutrition.
The Nutrition Coach is born out of the practical knowledge that although we may have a sincere wish to change our eating plans, the reality is often difficult to achieve without on-going support. With the support of a qualified nutritionist, we make it easier to take your health into your own hands.
The Nutrition Coach recognises that we are all individuals with different bodies, lifestyles and demands, which can make change easy for some and more difficult for others. We combine clinical nutrition with a way to implement these changes according to your unique biochemistry.A clinical nutritionist can provide help with issues such as childhood obesity, irritable bowel syndrome and bloating. Various nutrition lesson plans and detox diet programs available - contact us for full details.

BA (Hons), Dip ION MBANT
A period of poor health during Kim's mid-twenties made her aware of how important nutrition
is for providing good health. This led to a career change from an account director in a PR agency
to a Nutritional Therapist. Kim studied for three years at Patrick Holford's Institute for Optimum
Nutrition in London and qualified with a Distinction.
Kim, a real 'foodie', is passionate about nutrition and strongly believes that good nutrition
is not just the latest diet fad - it is a fundamental requirement for long-term health. She takes
a holistic approach to each client's health, looking at the person as a whole and focusing on
addressing the underlying causes of problems rather than simply treating the symptoms.
As a Foresight practitioner Kim specialises in pre-conception care. She also sees many clients
with digestive disorders, weight problems, food intolerances, hormone imbalances, skin problems,
cardiovascular problems and stress related illnesses.
Kim regularly attends lectures to ensure her knowledge is kept up-to-date and to meet Continuing
Professional Development requirements. As a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy
(BANT), Kim is bound by the strict BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
The Nutrition Coach believes in working with their clients rather than instructing them. They develop tailored programmes for clients requirements and believe in being 'on-call' via telephone and e-mail, offering the on-going support that so many of us need. They believe in a balanced approach, simple explanations and encouraging positivity and motivation in their clients in any way they can.
Combining nutritional therapy and life coaching is an ideal way to achieve outstanding results in all areas of life.
