You will learn a healthy way of eating that works for you and which helps you achieve sustainable weight loss without dieting. Your dedicated nutritional therapist will provide you with ongoing support and motivation throughout the course to ensure you succeed. All you have to do is learn 5 easy to follow principles -(The Swimming Pool Rules) and the rest is easy.
The course consists of an initial 1 hour consultation,(can also be done over the phone) followed by 5 fortnightly 30 minute sessions which can also be arranged over the phone if desired.
