Why not try a rotation diet? It doesn't need to be complicated. Just choose a different grain for each of the five working days. Monday might be your wheat day, Tuesday your oat day, Wednesday rice, Thursday millet and Friday rye. Try to have only the grains you have allotted on each of these days. In this way you are automatically varying your diet instead of having the same old thing every day. Breakfast is a real one for getting into a rut - so, by choosing different grains you have to make an effort to do something different.

Remember: one good idea can change your life.
