Obviously the best course of action is to avoid toxin-containing foods and drinks that cause the problems in the first place, but this is not always easy to do. Fiona recently came back to us expressing an interest in a detox diet program. After assessing if this approach was right
for her, she decided to go for it. She chose to return to us after a week on the detox diet to ensure that she stayed focused.
We recommended Fiona see a colleague of ours; a colonic irrigation specialist and we also advised that she started dry skin brushing, amongst other things.
Her gym membership allowed her the use of a sauna, so she
had all the tools at her disposal to make her "Home Spa" week successful.
At her next appointment, Fiona's skin looked great, she had much more energy and felt like she was on the crest of a wave. She is adamant
that she is not going to let bad habits creep in again. We have set a date to see her in four months time, just to check how she is getting on and to make sure she is still following her supplement programme - she knows that
