Men's Health Issues - male infertility, bloating, prostate health etc

Men's Health

At The Nutrition Coach we help you identify what might be affecting your health, formulate a strategy and hold you to account on meeting your goals. Even minor changes to diet and lifestyle can have a significant impact on well being and vitality.

The Nutrition Coach can help you handle stress better, enabling you to function at your best. We look at other areas too, tailor making a diet and supplement regime for your specific needs.

Other common areas such as male infertility, skin complaints, loss of hair, bags under the eyes etc and other general health or well being issues are our speciality.

Why live a half life when you can live a full one?

"I had been working in Afghanistan in May 2003 and returned to the UK a month later feeling unwell (Diarrhoea and general malaise).  After numerous visits to my GP I was diagnosed as having a parasite.  After a course of anti-biotics I was given the all clear. However I was still feeling unwell; very lethargic, pains in my stomach and breastbone and this prompted me to seek the help of a nutritionist. On my first visit I was advised to avoid wheat and dairy and to take a comprehensive parasitology test.  I followed the dietary recommendations, but still felt about 1 out of 10.  My test results revealed I had another parasite, which I was relieved about as there had to be an underlying problem.  After a 3 month course of supplements to rebalance my levels of gut bacteria, I was feeling up to a 4 out of 10. Further tests for my adrenal glands revealed that they were "on the floor", hence my total lack of energy.  The programme to support this had an almost overnight effect and I can honestly say I nearly feel 10 out of 10. I was committed to the programme even though it was slow progress, but my knowledge of nutrition increased immensely. As the saying goes, "Your health is your wealth". I firmly believe that my patience has been rewarded with hopefully longer lasting health and I know I could not have done it without the excellent advice and support along the way".

Clive came to The Nutrition Coach three months ago suffering from very bad dandruff and dry skin, and a yeast infection on his foot. He also felt really below par and his gym workouts were beginning to suffer. Work was becoming an uphill struggle and the fun had gone out of his social life. We identified that Clive had a condition called Candida; a yeast infection which was compromising his digestion. He also mentioned his stomach bloating had recently become out of control. After three months on the programme he is enjoying life again, and although he's had to make some changes to get his health back, he's very glad he did. Clive is now ready to take on other challenges in his life and is back with us doing Life Coaching work in order to pursue his dream of living and working in Australia.

John was exhausted; he came to us after an intensive year setting up his new business. Very unusually for him he was forgetting things, becoming upset and irritated by everybody and craving coffee. He'd had a heart check with the doctor after experiencing palpations, but was told there was nothing to worry about. The Nutrition Coach suggested a non-invasive saliva test, to measure the levels of his stress hormones. We formulated a diet and supplement programme and even managed to encourage him to do Yoga (even if he says it is for girls!). Four months later he is back on top form - but this time he's playing smart and getting the life/work balance right. It's not worth it, any other way, he says.
