Kelly was working long crazy hours in her job as a PR Director, but this had certainly taken it's toll - she felt overweight, stressed and tired. Coming from Canada, she had been used to an outdoor lifestyle, and had been a top athlete in her University days. Since coming to London 3 years ago, she had gained 2 stone. She called it 'The Heathrow Injection'; - on landing at Heathrow airport, - the pounds had seemed to just pile on. During her first appointment with The Nutrition Coach we spent time finding out about Kelly and her lifestyle, and then designed a programme to help her achieve her goals.

Kelly opted for a check-in every two weeks - we created a special scrapbook for Kelly which recorded her journey. Using goal setting and visualisation helped Kelly to see what it would feel like to achieve her dreams. Kelly rose to the challenge, started exercising, began to eat right (she said she never felt hungry) and week by week we recorded her progress. Her sister's wedding no longer fills her with dread as she can choose an outfit that she will look and feel great in.
